A. Barry, thence Easterly along the line dividing the land hereby sold from the land of the said A. A. Barry to the said highway thence North along the said highway to the place of beginning, meaning hereby to convey the Northerly portion of that part of the said Lot which the said Vendor heretofore acquired from one Harris Way […] ».
