Norton are the members of the Quarrying Department of the said firm and the said John Baptiste Fregeau, Hugh W. Elder, John W. And we the said John Baptiste Fregeau, Hugh W. Elder, John W. Elder, Customs Officer and Samuel B. Norton, hereby further certify that we intend to carry on trade and business in quarrying, producing and manufacturing Granite Stone at the said Township of Stanstead and at the place called Beebe Plain […] in copartnership under the name, style and firm of “The Stanstead Granite Company”. That said copartnership shall subsist from the day of the date hereof and that we are the only members of said firm. We further certify that the said John Baptiste Fregeau, Hugh W. Elder, John W. Elder and Samuel B. Norton are the members of the Quarrying Department of the said firm and the said John Baptiste Fregeau, Hugh W. Elder and John W.
