The Clunie Community Center

The Clunie Community Center is located in McKinley Park. It is a three-story brick building. The center boasts a beautiful lobby with an art deco look, reminiscent of the 1930s when it was built; an elevator to all floors; beautiful hardwood floor in the auditorium and three carpeted meeting rooms. All rooms have heating/air conditioning. There is on-street parking only (one handicapped parking space).

Reservation Information:

• Auditorium: Recommended for wedding receptions, banquets, dances, performances, and large meetings. Distinguishing features: Hardwood floor, chandeliers, adjoining kitchen, built-in stage.
• (Square Footage: 2800)
• East Sacramento Room (Mezzanine level): Recommended for small meetings, gatherings. The room is carpeted.
• (Square Footage: 600)
• Room B/C Top Floor (Combines to make one large room): Great for larger meetings and social gatherings.
• (Square Footage: 1150)
• Room B (Top Floor): Best for meetings and small gatherings. Distinguishing features: Combines with Room C, accordion room divider.
• (Square Footage: 650)
• Room C (Top Floor): Available for small meetings or activities.
• (Square Footage: 500)
• Kitchen: Adjoins auditorium and is available to rent with auditorium. Commercial stainless steel appliances include microwave, two warming ovens, ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, counter space and island. This is a warming kitchen and does not have a cook top.
• Amenities: Podium, 55-cup coffee pot, Bunn coffee maker (remains in kitchen), TV/VCR, Projector screen. Auditorium has built-in stage, with some stage lighting.
