Robyn Gray, MS, MFTI 

Counseling is a place where we can be supported and reconnect to our strengths, flexibility and resourcefulness. I view therapy as a collaborative experience where therapist and client work together to create change in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. My role as a therapist is to provide a space that offers unconditional support that is based on my personal values of being direct, honest, compassionate, and authentic. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. I can assist you with issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship issues, and communication skills.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and now teach it to others. Much like therapy, yoga has the ability to uncover things you hide from yourself. Part of my eclectic therapeutic approach includes yoga techniques such as breathing, mindfulness, and restorative postures to improve one's wellbeing.

Robyn Gray is a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern (#74446) at Cypress Holistic Center, under the supervision of Gia Marks Herndon, LMFT (#40799). Robyn completed her Master’s degree in Counseling education specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University, Sacramento and provides therapy and counseling services to people living throughout the Sacramento region.

Appointments are available weekdays (morning, afternoon, and evening) and some weekends. Robyn offers a free 30-minute consultation during which she is happy to speak with you by phone to discuss any questions you may have.
