The 22 Fillmore is a trolley bus line. It's an important enough bus line to run 24 hours a day. 

The route includes: the Dogpatch, the 18th Street corridor of Potrero Hill, the Potero Center shopping center, 16th and Mission BART, Church Street Station, and ultimately Fillmore Street through the Western Addition, Pacific Heights and the Marina.
