The Farmers Market, founded by the on-campus student government Associated Students or AS, is a weekly market with various vendors that sell everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to kettle corn to fresh hummus. The Farmers Market is held every Thursday 10am - 3pm during the school year rain or shine and was founded with the intent to give students of SFSU access to healthy, organic and fresh food that in turn also helps support local farmers and businesses. EBT is accepted.

The Farmers Market is a student favorite with many visitors every Thursday. With fresh foods at fair prices, many rely on the Farmer's Market to help maintain a healthy diet, with their only complaint being they wish it was on campus more than once a week.
