Towers at Centennial Square

The Towers at Centennial Square is an apartment-styled building that is available to first year students. Rooms in this building can come in either 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom, with double or triple occupancy, and are furnished with beds and desks. Residents of the Towers will find that the kitten comes with a full fridge, a two burner stove, a sink, a microwave, and cabinet space which encourages occupants to go grocery shopping. One. feature that separates Towers at Centennial Square and Towers Junior Suites from the Mary's is that they have an in unit bathroom with a shower and toilet. 

Some amenities that Towers residents enjoy include: 

• Wi-Fi, Utilities Included and each room is wired for Internet and Cable TV
• A laundry room located on the first floor that offers vending machines. 
• A front desk with an R.A. (Resident Assistant) that operates 24/7
• Students can receive their packages, from home, Amazon, or otherwise in the mail room on the first floor with operating hours ranging from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Towers  at Centennial Square was built in the year 1990. It contains 16 stories, including one Mezzanine floor below the first floor, and 15 stories.
