What is the Rosson House?

The Rosson House is a museum in Phoenix, Arizona that has been restored to represent the 1895 Queen Anne Victorian house that interprets the history of Phoenix. This Museum is guided by docents who will tell you stories about residence who used to live there and the history of Territorial Arizona. It is located at Heritage Square and has collections that focus on repressing the life of residence during the Victorian period in the western United States. 

History behind the Rosson House:

The Rosson house was built in 1894 and owned by Dr. Roland Rosson at the time who was later the Mayor of Phoenix. Dr. Rosson built the house that cost roughly $7,500 and was owned by many families up until the 1960s.
