HUME, ALLEN EVAN
Allen Evan Hume was born Dec. 5, 1922 in Ardbeg, son of Charles and Alice Ethel Esther (Allen) Hume of Bolger Bridge and Ardbeg.

Allen was a Signalman with the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals and was already overseas September, 1942.
Members of the RCCS served wherever the army was on duty or in the field, maintaining the vital communications so essential to mobile warfare.
