The Jeffrey family has not had their tree published on Ancestry. Is my suspicion that Howard is the younger brother of the other two Jeffrey sons born in Spence Twp. His birth would be after 1921.
There was also a Gordon Howard Jeffrey born December 11, 1904 in Spence Twp. to John and Ruth Ellen (Sugden) Jeffrey. He married Kathleen Jean Coates on October 19, 1932 in Magnetawan
The students of Magnetawan Public School did write to Howard. At the time of his response, July 18, 1945, Howard was undergoing a appendix operation in Belgium.
