Mrs. Teresa Jacobs
Mrs Teresa Jacobs, who taught school at Stonywold and Onchiota, for 41 years, died early today at the home of her son and daughter in Herkimer. She formerly had lived In Onchiota and Bloomingdale but had to move to Herkimer last March after the death of her husband, Perley.
Mrs. Jacobs was born in St. Regis Falls on July 9, 1887, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John MacDonald.
Survivors are two sons, Carl of Saranac Lake and Thomas of Herkimer; two daughters, Mrs. Joan Favagan of Herkimer and Miss Patricia Jacobs of Los Angeles, and a sister, Mrs. Mae Griffin of Rochester.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p. m. Friday at the Keough and Son Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be held at 10 a. m. Saturday at St. Paul's Church in Bloomingdale. Burial will be in Brighton Cemetery.
The Bloomingdale Catholic Daughters of which Mrs. Jacobs was a member, will meet at the chapel at 8 p. m. Friday to say the Rosary.
