Biography
Sam was employed at the Westinghouse Plant on Favor Street. The Westinghouse plant began to hold an annual picnic that began a very large event for not only the company but the town. Sam believed this event needed some proper entertainment so he put together Sam Bey's Clown Band where all member dressed in full clown attire.
