Pyramid Brewery is a restaurant and brewery chain. They have a good selection of beers, ranging from the standards (IPA, hefeweizen, amber ales, blonde ales, etc) to the unusual (apricot ale, blueberry oatmeal stout, various seasonal beers). The restaurant serves burgers, sandwiches, pizza, salads and a selection of entrees that incorporate Pyramid beers in their recipe. They host a trivia night on Tuesdays.
