This facility offers extra, personalized support to their residents which still allows them freedom, but with the security of onsite medical help if necessary. Mercy Creek Assisted Living originated from Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community (MMRC) in Chenoa, IL. John H Klassen was appointed by the board of directors as the first superintendent of the home and his wife Elizabeth Peters Klassen as the first matron.
