About:

Ropp Jersey Cheese Farm is truly a unique educational experience. Children and Adults of all ages are welcome to come see how cheese is made, tour the farm grounds, pet a Jersey cow and even learn how to milk a cow. The retail store is 600 square feet that features a cheese slicing room with a window for viewing, self-serve coolers and a full-service counter. The full-serve counter includes ice cream and awesome carmel corn. All visitors are encouraged to visit their retail store where anyone can sample fresh made cheese curds.

The Ropp Jersey Cheese farm only raises Jersey cows. Why Jersey cows? This is because Jersey cows are beautiful and have a smaller frame and they produce a much creamier milk. The rich milk has a higher protein and calcium content that only Jersey cows can provide.

Ropp Jersey Cheese farm the next best thing to Wisconsin!
