Stiles is a Repair shop that has been around for about 13 years, from my understanding the business is family owned, the owner is Chuck Stiles, and his wife Mary Stiles. Instead of an interview i wanted to test out the location just like anyone trying to get service so i came in with a problem in my car "undercover" and told them about a specific issue that i am having with my car. the lady treated me nice and told me some things that could be the cause of that issue. Then she wanted to look more into it so i left my information with her and left. after about 30 minutes or so i got a call from Mary, she said " your car being newer and the problem is electrical it would cost you a lot of money for diagnostics and repair so i would not recommend you going with our service". Even though i did not do business with them I felt the honesty in the business and that is why their shop is still open with almost always a busy garage. they work with almost all cars but i would not recommend taking your car there if you have a European car. now they do charge $70 per hour that is a little steep but they got me as a customer. their services include alignment, breaks, exhaust, Air conditioning, Shocks & Struts, and general tune-up. Also if you get stuck somewhere and the car stops running well then you are in luck. they have a towing service.
