In a separate pan heat the corn kernels over medium high heat, sprinkle some cumin and black pepper if desired and stir frequently for five to ten minutes until golden and crispy. Toast the tortillas in the toaster at 350 degrees fahrenhiet to soften them, or if desired tortillas can be baked for seven to ten minutes until crisp. Proceeding the preparation of the tortillas fill each one of the totrilas with the salsa mashed beans, the crisp corn, spinach leaves, red pepper strips, green onions and anything else desired. Then sprinkle shredded feta cheese over the tacos and they are ready to be eaten. Bean Stuffed Spring Rolls

Spring rolls are not very common among vegan foods but they are a very preferred choice among many vegetarians. It is fairly easy to prepare although it does require some cooking skills. One thing about it that vegetarians like very much is that it can be made into anything the eater wants it to be. all you have to do is chose your stuffing which can be anything from dried beans to fake meat to cheese to vegetables. But for the sake of this guide today we will explain how bean spring rolls are made. The basic ingredients required to prepare bean stuffed spring rolls are as  follows: rice wrappers, kale, black beans, corn, potatoes, red onions but are not limited to there and anything else that is desired to be added by the eater can also be bought and added during the preparation process. First wet the desired amount of rice wrappers in one inch of water and soak them in the warm water for fifteen seconds, and then set to dry on some dry well absorbing paper towels. Now to prepare the stuffing one must first simmer the beans on low medium heat in a sauce pan for five to 7 minutes until beans soften then the beans can either be mashed or left as they are. The same can be done with the rest of the ingredients but that isn't very commonly preffered. Next the mashed beans must be slowly places into the middle of the rice wrapper. Then then the kale will be placed on top of the beans along with the corn, potatoes and onions. To wrap up the wrappers bring the bottom edge of the wrappers tightly over the filling, rolling the wrapper from the lower part to the upper top part until the upper most part of the wrapper is reached then stick the two ends together. Now repeat the process with the desired number of wrappers. Then place wrappers in over and bake for 15-20 minutes until wrapper in golden brown. Tofu Lasagna

Tofu in general is one of the most commonly eaten foods eaten among vegetarian people and is one of the most preferred among all vegetarians. Tofu can be prepared and cooked in many different way but one that is not very common but is worth trying is tofu lasagna. To prepare or cook this meal one must first preheat there oven to 350 fahrenheit degrees. Boil a large pot of slightly salted water for eight to ten minutes, then add the lasagna to boil along side with the water. Now as for the tofu you can add it onto the lasagna how ever you wish, you can mix it with a variety of eggs salts peppers nutmegs and milks. After you have the lasagna mixed with the tofu bake it in the preheated over for twenty five to thirty minutes and WALA! You have your self a healthy satisfying healthy meal.
