Wal-mart is definitely a store to go to for great deals and bargains, There are two of them in the twin cities. One is on Veterans pkwy while the other is on Market Street. Some say the Wal- Mart on Market Street is much nicer and friendlier. This store is the cleanest of the two and bigger. There are better deals and a dynamic atmosphere. I think all who comes to this store will enjoy it. There are a few things that you must be aware of. First sometimes the restrooms can be nasty, so just use the restroom before leaving home. Secondly, if you come in after 10pm just know that you will be standing in line waiting to get check out, so just try shopping earlier or if you must go after midnight. You must know that both Wal-marts in the twin cities are 24 hrs so no need to rush to shop! Well hope I was a great help hope you have a great shopping experience.

Sam Walton created Wal-Mart in 1962. Sam and his wife put 95% of their money into the first Wal-Mart located in Rogers, Ark. In 1972 Wal-Mart starts offering stock in the New York Stock Exchange. Wal-Mart had two-hundred and seventy- six stores in eleven states by the end of the 1970’s. In 1983 Sam opened up the first Sam’s Club. In 1988 the first Wal-Mart Supercenter opened. Around the time 1989 rolled around, there were one-thousand four-hundred and two Wal-Mart stores. There were also one-hundred and twenty-three Sam’s Clubs. In today’s twenty-first century, there are over nine-thousand seven-hundred stores and Sam’s Club locations in over twenty-eight countries. Wal-Mart is also currently employing 2.1 Million associates. On average, Wal-Mart serves over one-hundred seventy-six million customers every year. A Little Backstory on Sam Walton
Sam Walton was born March 28, 1918 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. He later moved to Missouri with his family and became an Eagle Scout at the age of thirteen. He also became a student leader, basketball star, and a quarterback for the Hickman High School championship team. Later in life he graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He achieved a B.A. in economics. He then went to serve in U.S. Army Intelligence Corps. He was a captain. While he was in the army, he married Helen Robson.
