The West Bloomington Revitalization Project (originally the West Bloomington Task Force) is a Community Outreach collective operating with the goal of engaging and celebrating the community of West Bloomington in Bloomington, Illinois.  It was originally conceived in February 2008 by the Economic Development Council of the Bloomington-Normal area and the City of Bloomington.  Since its inception, the West Bloomington Revitalization Project has sparked leaders of the Bloomington community in an "open and vigorous discussion" of the future of this historic community.
