If i could re-pick my first apartment realtor it would definatly change. I am currently a renter from class act and it is way over priced. They also took forever to come and clean out my parking lot after last big snow. It was so bad I got stuck in my driveway twice and had to dig my car out. The one thing they are good about is that they don’t get in a real big hurry about getting their payments. i don’t think my roommates have ever been on time and they have never been here to collect.
