Sai Gon Cuisine is one of the newer restaurants in town, and one of the more "international" in flavor. The menu is very lengthy, with Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes listed. This is the only place in town where one can get Pho (a flavorful Vietnamese noodle soup).

ADD HISTORY: also location in Little Rock - who are the owners? The building was previously an older Taco Bell, which had since moved to a nearby (next door across the street) location.
