Bartholomew Associates, Inc. is a full service real estate valuation firm located in downtown Davis, CA. We appraise all property types, with particular emphasis on specialized assets and difficult properties. Our service area includes most northern California counties.

Mr. Bartholomew currently holds the California Office of Real Estate Appraiser’s General Certification No. AG004317. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser Member of the American Society of Appraisers, and holds the ASA designation. He is also a member of the ASA Norcal Chapter board of directors, and is the Real Property Discipline Director for the ASA Norcal chapter. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
