Larry Blake's Brewster House was a restaurant in an old shingled dwelling the 1970s, a branch of a Berkeley business.  The basement was called The Rathskeller, and prior to its opening students were invited to write their names on the ceiling with candle smoke.  The place was known for its beer and its Blakeburgers.  When the block bounded by First, F, and G streets was redeveloped, the old house was torn down and the restaurant was no more.
