It's a co-ed house, with a male post-baccalaureate student and a female who was a former post-bac student. They are quiet and to themselves. It's located off Sycamore and Drake Drive in Davis (very close to campus).

We would add you to the lease, meaning your income would need to be 3X your portion of the rent + 725 credit score, or you can use a cosigner!

Hello! I am subleasing a SHARED room at the Drake Apartments for WINTER QUARTER. :-)

The apartment is a 2 bed and 1 bath with plenty of storage space. It is located right across SaveMart and several restaurants, one of which is Taqueria Guadalajara, a super cheap and popular Mexican restaurant. It is also close to two bus stops (J and B line) if you want to take the bus to school. The nice thing about our apartment location is that you just gotta go straight down the main road (Anderson) for about a mile to get to school. (You will be entering the Segundo area.)
