First time using the "UPS Access Point" today (see pics... had a couple of return items... a nice experience, thought I'd share in hopes this saves anyone else some time). To note, this is just for dropoffs / pickups, so there aren't any services...
At first, I thought I'd need go to downtown to the UPS Store -- dropped off there a lot over the years for returns -- didn't even know this "Access Point" behind the Deli inside Westlake Market existed, drove 1/4 from our home to scope it out, and there it was!
Basically, you manage your online return (or pickup)... print the label, and "bring it to the person at the Deli counter"... pretty simple, location is VERY convenient.
Not sure if I'd ever arrange to have a UPS package held here for pickup (have done so at the FedEx Office / Kinko's in the past, just not for UPS though)
