Western Mosquitofish (Gambusia affinis) is a small fish is native to the watersheds of the Gulf of Mexico. It has since spread around the world, used as a method of mosquito control. They can be found in a variety of habitats and can tolerate a vide range of conditions, making them exceptionally adaptable. They are livebearing and feed on aquatic insects.
