The Long Ride

The Long Ride is a wooden bicycle sculpture that hangs on the wall of the TAPS building lobby. There was an article about it in Dateline that talked about , Bruce Friedrich, the sculptor coming to visit it. He was inspired to create the sculpture based on a 3,500 mile trip he made on his own bicycle. There are over 400 pieces of wood in the chain alone.
