Executive Director of the Detroit Black Community Food Security Network. His work is aimed at promoting resiliency and fighting racism in the food system.  He chaired the Detroit Food Policy Council from  December 2009 – May 2012.  He also was a member of the First Detroit Works Advisory Task Force.
