Assistant executive of Wayne County. Managed Wayne County HealthChoice, the official low-cost insurance program run by Wayne County. Accused in 2011 by the FBI of pressuring a HealthChoice contractor to regularly pay two companies, Medtrix and Advertise Me. He plead guilty to wire fraud and will be sentenced on March 18, 2014. 

Started in the County Mental Health Department in 2000 and joined Ficano's team in 2006. A recipient of the Coleman A. Young Foundation scholarship.
