Alexandria at Victoria by the Bay is a planned residential development of the southeastern portion of the Victoria by the Bay neighborhood. The developer is City Ventures.

The project includes 43 single-family lots and a 3,800 square-foot pocket park.

The grand opening for model homes is scheduled for February 2015.

History

The property was part of the Victoria by the Bay neighborhood constructed in early 2000s. The area was originally conceived as the school site but was found unsuitable for that use due to nearby utility hazards. The parcel remained undeveloped for years until the City's former redevelopment agency purchased it with the stated objective to construct a large grocery store. Walmart and Costco were also reportedly interested in the site. The City sold the parcel to City Ventures for $2.1 million in the wake of the city's financial troubles.
