Bayside is a residential neighborhood in the Hercules Waterfront District. The neighborhood consists of 335 units (a combination of single-family homes and duplexes) and a park at the center. The Bayside HOA manages surrounding wetlands and Refugio Creek.
History
There was no affordable housing constructed in Bayside. The affordable housing requirement for the neighborhood was shifted to the adjacent property now known as Town Centrale.
