Sycamore Crossing is a planned retail complex between San Pablo Avenue and Sycamore Avenue. Plans include approximately 136,250 square feet of shopping and dining space anchored by a two-story, 55,000-square-foot Safeway grocery store with an 18-pump gas station. Restoration of a portion of Ohlone Creek, which crosses the property and drains into the lower Refugio Creek wetlands, is part of the project.

There is no schedule for completion.
