Other information: 18 Main Street was the birthplace of Earl Lenier Gray, owner of the The Book Store. A 1928 advertisement lists 18 Main Street as the home of the Commercial Press.

This was also the original location of F.M. Bull's Drug Store, in which he established Saranac Lake's first telephone service in 1885.

It was also an early site of radio station WNBZ.

It was was torn down when the LaPan Highway was built in 1957.
