Mrs. Ada Goldsmith Levene, 75, a former resident of Saranac Lake, died Sunday morning at Lima, Pa. following a long illness. Mrs. Levene was born Feb. 26, 1893 in Denver, Colo. Her husband, Charles, who died several years ago, was for many years an electrical contractor in Saranac Lake. For the past 14 years she has lived with her son, Richard, in Broomall, Pa. Besides her son, she is survived by a granddaughter, Nancy Levene also of Broomall; a brother, Abe Goldsmith of Los Angeles, Calif.; and a sister, Mrs. Dora Colton of White Plains. Friends may call at the Fortune Funeral Home Tuesday morning. The funeral service will be held there at 2 p.m. with the Rabbi Selig S. Auerbach officiating. Internment will be in the Jewish section of Pine Ridge Cemetery.
