A prayer service will be held at 11:15 a. m. Wednesday at the Fortune Funeral Home for Mr. and Mrs. Alois Kobel, of Magnolia Springs Ala. who died Oct. 16 in an automobile accident in Browns, Ala.
Mr. Kobel was caretaker of Camp Canaras al Saranac Inn for 25 years and retied to Magnolia Springs about two years ago. They had been visiting their daughter, Mrs. George Bohling who now lives at Camp Canaras, and were on their way home when the accident occurred.
Mrs Kobel was born Meta Marie Tresp on Dec. 10, 1906 in Germany. Mr. Kobel was born Feb. 26, 1997, also in Germany. Three grandchildren also survive.
Friends may call at he Fortune Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul LaRocque will conduct the prayer service. Burial will held in St. John's in the Wilderness Cemetery.
