She was commissioned in the Army Nurse Corps on March 15, 1943 and was stationed at Camp Gordon Johnston, Fla., Camp VanDorn, Miss., and the Moore General hospital, N. C, before going overseas. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Bruso of 4 Payeville road."
