Henry Finnegan was a police officer in Saranac Lake, the son of Michael Finnegan who emigrated from Tipperary. His wife died at a relatively young age. He had 8 children, including Henry. This son mapped the Aleutians during the Japanese invasion for the US Geodedic Survey.
