SARANAC LAKE  - Mrs. Rose Bisson of Saranac Lake died early this morning, May 20, at the Sacred Nursing Home in Plattsburgh Heart.

She had formerly made her resident  at  6 Park Place and later 20 Church St., locally.

Mrs. Bisson was born in Valleyfield, Que., Canada, on July 29, 1890, the daughter of Francis X. and Harriet (Valley) D'Aoust.

She had run a boarding home for infants many years ago.

She was the widow of Richard Bisson, who died in 1963.

She was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis with the order name of Sister Mary Rose.

Survivors include a daugher, Mrs. Bruce (Maria) White of Saranac Lake; a step-daughter, Mrs. Margaret D'Aoust of Saranac Lake; a brother, Oliva D'Aoust of Huntington, Que.; a sister, Mrs. Florida Husereau of Lake Placid; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held at the Keough and Son Funeral Home tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A Third Order of St. Francis Service will be held at 7:15 p.m., Thursday.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 11:15 a.m., at St.  Bernard's Church. Interment will be in  St. Bernard's Cemetery
