SARANAC LAKE Theodore John Reichhart, 57, a resident for 20 years, died Sunday morning at his residence on 26 St Bernard St.
At the time of his death, he was the assistant administrator of Uihlein Mercy Center in Lake Placid.
Before that, he had been employed at the American Management Association.
He was a World War II veteran and had served in the Air Force.
Mr. Reichhart was born in Rochester, the son of Theodore F. and Helen (Roe) Reichhart.
Survivors include his wife, the former Dorothy Kammer of Saranac Lake, five sons, Paul of Auburn, Donald of Lake Placid, Gregory of Norwood, James of Ogdensburg and Stephen of Saranac Lake; a daughter, Mrs. Therese Drobner of Kinderhook; a sister, Mrs. Helen Kolb of Rochester, six grandchildren.
He will repose at the Keough and Son, Inc., Memorial Chapels on Monday at 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. There will be a Bible vigil on Monday at 7:30 p.m. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church, with the Rev. C.J. McAvoy officiating.
Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
