Barnes Hall Auditorium is a space on Cornell University's campus commonly used for musical performances.

The building was constructed in 1887 to house worship services for the Student Christian Association, with space for meeting rooms below the sanctuary. It then underwent several changes of purpose, hosting the bookstore, the post office, and the student union. After the campus store was built in 1970, Barnes Hall was repurposed with rooms for the offices of the Public Service Center and the Career Services Office on the lower floors, and a concert space on the upper floor. The sanctuary is now an auditorium with space for about 250 attendees. The Green Room, which is climate controlled, houses some of Cornell's collection of early keyboard instruments.

Concerts at Barnes Hall include events hosted by the Cornell Music Department, the Cornell Concert Series, and other student groups.
