If you are on campus and want to eat sustainably, there really is only one option, Manndible Cafe. All their beef at the cafe is local, free range, and organic and their chicken is organic and anti-biotic free. All vegetables are local when in season, and cheeses are all local all the time. The majority of their ready to eat items are either made on site or are prepared at a locally owned business. Manndible has plenty of hot drinks including various teas and coffees, and spiced cider, but they also provide cold drinks like Italian sodas, milk straight from Cornell's Dairy farm, freshly squeezed OJ and various local fruit juices.
