2008-07-30 00:10:50   As someone who ate there a couple of times, I wasn't surprised they closed and the fact that they've been closed for about 1 month now & you just realized that shows why they had to close-Lack of consistent business because they were charging good almost great food prices for food that was just o.k. Maybe if they were just charging o.k. food prices more people would have gone to eat there on a regular basis but when you charge great food prices all aspects of the dining experience have to be great-not just the hamburger or chicken. —Anonymous


2008-07-30 00:12:17   Before Olivia's, there was a restaurant called Coyote Loco that was ALWAYS packed. I'm not sure why those owners closed, but i bet it wasn't because of lack of business.

I pass by Olivia's on my way home every day and i think that the facade was a bit too upscale /cool looking for the neighborhood perhaps. I think coyote loco was successful because it was a more fun, casual place to eat. —Anonymous
