Uganda has a strategy for giving scarce morphine to patients in pain. But many poor nations won’t emulate it, over fear of an opioid epidemic. Opiophobia was a topic we covered I class and is why we need to take control of the drug epidemic so that when people are in need they are able to receive the proper medication and not have an incident where someone cant take it due to a phobia. This clearly covers the pyscho aspect since there patients are mentally scared of pills and other opiates due to drug abuse. On a pain scale I would put this at a 7 since it is mental and mean patients aren't able to over come this fear.
