What do you know about 12-year-old boy severely burned when friends set him ablaze for a ‘fire challenge’?

A 12 year old boy in Michigan was burned when his friends set him on fire as part of a fire challenge. The child was hospitalized for four days with second-degree burns. The challenge involved participants pouring flammable liquids such as nail polish remover to set each other on fire before being extinguished.

I placed this as part of the course because it represents biological pain, as the child was severely injured and burned. However, it can also be somewhat of an example of social pain as it shows the dangers of peer pressure. I am going to place at the level of the pain scale of a 8 because it was extremely dangerous and harmful to the kid, but he is recovering right now.
