What do you know about French Student's Self-Immolation Provokes Anti-Poverty Rallies?

A 22-year old student set himself on fire in protest of the French President's policies. The student at Lyon 2 Univeristy had poured petrol on himself before setting himself alight. This was a result of his financial problems, which he blamed was the fault of the three most recent presidents' policies. As a result of the student's self-immolation, it sparked anti-poverty rallies in support of him. It also described his act of light himself on fire as a "deeply political, desparate act against a facist and racists system."
