A 15-year-old girl, Emily Winburn, was shot and killed Saturday, September 21, 2019, in a home in Exeter, PA. There is a juvenile suspect in custody, Currently nothing has been released about the suspect or what allegedly occurred. Her mother is extremely distraught over her daughter's death.
