There is a new drug epidemic rising in Kentucky. Particularly, Northern Kentucky, Louisville, and Lexington. The drug is heroine. Heroin is already very deadly because it is very addictive and fickle. The worst part about this is that this heroine is being laced with fentanyl. Fentanyl is is the number one cause of overdose deaths since 2015. People know about this and they are still continuing to use it. That is how addictive this fentanyl  and heroine drug is.
