What do you know about Imprisonment for Possession and Distribution of fentanyl-laced heroin?

Mid-October, a man from Newark De. was tried and jailed for selling fentanyl-laced heroin. In 2017, the police began investigating a heroin overdose death that was linked back to pills that a local man was selling. The suspect's apartment was found to have over 1,000 pills, and he ultimately pleaded guilty to distribution and possession of mixtures of heroin and fentanyl.

This news story definitely leans more towards the social component of the bio-psycho-social model because the man was acquiring and then selling these pills across Delaware and elsewhere.
