A 37 year-old man was arrested with possession of 11.25 grams of cocaine, 7.55 grams of marijuana, .91 grams of heroin, $3,164 in suspected drug proceeds, and assorted drug paraphernalia in Newark.
Two adult women who were identified as being associated with the man as victims as he had been forcing to prostitute themselves at motels around New Castle County, according to authorities.
This was included because this deals with an individual negatively interacting with human trafficking victims which can have a detrimental impact psychologically on the two women, as well as using and selling illegal drugs to the public (mostly likely to be abused).
