Recently, Fentanyl overdoses have been rising in numbers and causing many civilians to die. The drug has made its way into the streets of San Francisco, and killing many people. San Francisco has been heavily affected resulting in many drug addicts as well as homeless filling the streets. I chose this topic because it interested me how such a well-known city is filled with homeless and drug addicts. This epidemic has also resulted in another epidemic that is inhumane and degrading to the city of San Francisco. The Human Fece epidemic is caused by these homeless people. Public Sanitation has been "a huge issue", causing citizens to go "number 2" on the streets, in public. From 2011-2018, the Human Fece incidents have risen over 406%.
